Our Process

Introduction

1Introduction

Our first conversation, whether over the phone or in our showroom, focuses on understanding your needs, your dreams, and your budget. Remodeling is never a “one‑size‑fits‑all” experience, and as we begin shaping a space that truly fits your life, we take the time to learn who you are and build a relationship grounded in trust.

At our first meeting in your home, you’re welcome to bring design ideas, but it’s never a requirement. Many of our clients can’t articulate exactly what they want in their new space - they simply know what they don’t want. That starting point is often the perfect foundation for us to create something exceptional.

Design and Proposal

2Design and Proposal

Our experienced designers will create a design and proposal for your project based off our conversations, the architecture of your home, and your personal style - ensuring the space supports the natural flow of how you live and work in your home.

At our second meeting, your project designer will present the full proposal and walk you through the vision for your space. You’ll also meet with our Allied ASID designer, who simplifies the process of selecting materials and coordinating color palettes, ensuring every choice feels cohesive.

Procurement and Project Management

3Procurement and Project Management

Once you approve your plans, we begin ordering materials, coordinating the construction schedule, and gettting permits in order with your municipality. Typical lead times run about 8 to 10 weeks before the transformation begins. As both your designer and general contractor, we manage every aspect of the project from start to finish. This integrated approach minimizes opportunities for error, and if challenges arise along the way, we have the flexibility and authority to address them quickly and effectively.
