Masculine Powder Room

The owners of a sleek Downtown Chicago condo were wanting an understated cabinet with the “WOW” factor. The under-cabinet lighting declares the twelve inches of space between the floor and this floating vanity. The horizontal lines of the drawers and accompanying hardware ties in with the listello strip in the wall tile, while giving the impression that the cabinet is much larger than it actually is. The masculinity in this powder room would have looked very heavy if it weren't for the sense of space and airiness the vanity provides.
